The help files display a message they can not be found - How to fix this?

This is due to a security change in windows where compliled help files (chm) are untrusted.

To resolve this try:
Find the directory that contains the chm file
Right click on the .chm file
Select properties
Click the "unblock" button

Reopen the help file and the contents should now be displayed.
