anything for 100% completion + all pickups? (spoilers)

so i recently finished the game as "100%", but i'm missing like 3 luck shards and a few synth pickups (the ones that show up in the logbook). do you get anyhting other than a warm sense of accomplishment inside for getting the rest? so far the 100% condition I have has only shown a tougher boss fight (heh elephant), and a slightly modified ending.

You've seen everything there is now - collecting the last synth pickups and luck shards won't do anything more, apart from fill those holes in the scorecard.

Congratulations, I was about to come on and post that we had our first 100% completion, two weeks after the game's release! I was sort of hoping that the last bonus boss and the changes to the final boss would slow you down a bit, but apparently not

Alright, thanks. I'm perfectly satisfied, and that last bonus boss and true final boss were enjoyable challenges! (especially the heal -> elephant thing)
